The stew derives most of its flavor from a combination of meats, sausage, sauerkraut, cabbage, and mushrooms. There's all sorts of delicious flavors in here! We start with chunks of pork stew meat, then add some sauerkraut, cabbage, mushrooms, shredded pork and sausage. It's amazing!
